Dedicated Support System

I provide a dedicated support ticket system (powered by Zendesk) to streamline support requests and better serve you.

To open a new support ticket please visit the support helpdesk , you can find the contact form on the right side of the page.

Support requests are processed on business days from 8:00 to 17:00 (GMT 0.0) [normally] within 24h (even less) in the order they were received. Support request sent during weekends/holidays will be processed on Monday/the next business day.

Please note: from the 2nd of August until the 20th of August, no support will be available. During holiday time I will have NO access to internet, so I won’t be able to provide support. Every support ticket will be resolved in the order they are received after the 20th of august.

Please keep submitting support requests ONLY through http://themesdepot.org/support/ this is the only way you can receive a response to your ticket. Comments submitted on Themeforest will not be answered until the support queue will be cleared up.
